We don’t wanna toot our own horn (toot toot)

But we do pride ourselves on the quality of our bits and bobs. We’ve handed out a truckload of freebies to mates to test-run, if something was gonna fade, snap, or throw a tantrum… it would’ve by now. And honestly? So far, so bloody good.

But! You’re here reading this, so let’s cover the bases:

💛 SALES

Real talk before you shop the sale: we don't do markdowns often, so when we do, all sales are final. No refunds, no swaps, no back-and-forth. We're a one-woman-band with a bit of family muscle behind the scenes, and discounted prices just don't leave us room to cover returns. So take a sec - check your sizing, have a good look at the pics, make sure it's the one. If it is? Yeah, go on then. Add to cart and enjoy it. We promise it's worth it. x

 

❗ Choose Carefully, Fam

Most items are made to order and handmade just for you, so we don’t do refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. That’s not us being rude,  just trying to keep things fair and sustainable. 💛

If your piece arrives and something’s not quite right, please hit us up within 7 days of receiving it so we can sort it quick smart.

 

✨ Sizing Stuff

Bracelets are 18cm as standard, unless you say otherwise - so please give that wrist a little measure beforehand. Saves us both the pain (and postage) of resizing later.

There’s a notes box at checkout ( Please use this ) where you can pop in any custom sizing, charm placement, special requests, love notes, whatever.

🚫 Earrings Policy (Sorry, But Nope)

We can’t accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons. Once they’ve left HQ, they’re all yours, baby.

🧵 Handmade Means…

Small batch, big heart. That means each piece is a lil’ bit unique. Colours, beads, and bits may vary slightly - that’s part of the charm.

💥 Wear + Tear

Metal bits (clasps, charms etc) will scratch over time - that’s just real life doing its thing. Same goes for stones: if you bash ’em, drop ’em, or let a kid just pull on it for fun… they might chip, crack or break. We don’t cover damage like that.
