WHY BOY FRIDAY AND WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?

Lets start with THE KIT, The fit out!

I love a good jewellery stack

Kinda like a charm bracelet, little reminders of places, people and feels.

Things you don’t generally have to take off. So all the mems, are right there on your bod!

I just found that I would purchase things ( online especially) that would turn up and not be anything like the pictures, I’m talking ghetto gold or just feel cheap. And those bloody Beaded pieces. All their colour, Gone, in a matter of a week!

So I got myself a manufacturer! And a few bead suppliers with quality products!

And Voilà you’ve seen some of the things!

So far, so good with all the R and D of late!

We are newbies and keen as mustard to deliver some quality pieces that put a little pep in your step.

After all, we are actually more in the biz of making you feel good and jazzy on the outside to then light you up on the inside!

Ever feel a little daggy in your quitters at home to then pop on an earring or necklace stack, next minute your feeling fancy!

OUR PRECIOUS METAL MANUFACTURER IS KOMANG!

One man show!

He lives in bali with his wife and 2 kidlets!

Has a studio at his house and has been a Jewellery craftsman for 20 years.

Komang’s family have worked as silver and gold craftsmen for generations. With his grandfather and father teaching him his skills, along with working in several jewellery companies.

And then there is the  beaded jazz, Which I hand make! Not the beads, although looking into some groovy projects there!

WHY THE NAME BOY FRIDAY?

The definition in the Urban Dictionary describes a “Girl or Boy Friday” as a “go-to girl” or “a person who acts as a ‘jack of all trades’ and is capable of doing almost anything.”

Im a hairdresser by trade, Tried my hand at an online Clothing shop, Mum, Glorified snack bitch, Worked retail, Rookie Social media Marketer, Website builder-er template person and I can make a mean toastie!

So Id say Boy Friday is rather fitting!
